Here is the thing: standard blowing bulbs usually give up the ghost at the pinch seal or where the electrode hits the glass. Why? Because the vibration and heat flux during the blowing process are brutal. We stopped following the “generic” specs and started looking at the glass-to-metal seal. By tweaking the quartz thickness and making sure the tungsten filament is perfectly centered, we killed off those internal hotspots that warp the glass. And don’t worry about the setup. These are simple drop-in replacements. You won’t need to mess with your oven wiring or fiddle with your controllers. We kept the voltage and wattage exactly the same, so your heat density stays right where it needs to be.
