Just swap them out and go.&#xA;One heads-up, though: we use heavy-duty quartz so the glass doesn&amp;rsquo;t warp under the heat. But because these tubes put out so much energy, they run hot.**Keep your cooling fans clean.**If your airflow is blocked, you&amp;rsquo;re going to burn out your filaments way faster than you should.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Keeping things steady&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Matching the lamp to your rotation speed is really just a balancing act between voltage and power.
