Your PET preforms will either come out under-heated or, worse, scorched. It&amp;rsquo;s frustrating. That’s exactly why we built our replacements to mirror the factory specs. We didn&amp;rsquo;t want to &amp;ldquo;approximate&amp;rdquo;—we wanted them to be identical.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The power problem&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Consistency comes down to the physics of the filament. We make sure our lamps hit the exact same voltage and wattage as the Sidel originals.&#xA;Why does that matter? Because it keeps the heat flux—the &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;actual&lt;/a&gt; energy hitting the plastic—exactly where it should be. If you throw in a generic lamp with different &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;resistance&lt;/a&gt;, you mess with the current draw. Your controllers have to fight to compensate, and you&amp;rsquo;ll likely end up with bottles that have uneven walls. Nobody wants that.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Quartz and light&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Then there&amp;rsquo;s the glass. We use high-purity quartz because it lets short-wave infrared pass through without any struggle. The goal is to push heat deep into the PET, and fast.&#xA;We also spent a lot of time tuning the filament chemistry. We wanted the emission spectrum to match the original perfectly. When you look at your monitors, the temperature ramp-up should look exactly the same as it did with the OEM parts. No surprises.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Fitting them in&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These are true drop-in replacements. We used the same footprints and connectors, so you can just pop them in. No rewiring your oven, no &amp;ldquo;creative&amp;rdquo; engineering. It just works.&#xA;But a quick heads-up: these high-intensity lamps put out a massive amount of heat. Even though the specs are spot on, they&amp;rsquo;ll burn out way too fast if your oven&amp;rsquo;s airflow is clogged or your reflectors are oxidized.&#xA;Do yourself a favor and clean those reflectors before you install the new lamps. If the reflectors are pitted, the lamp is going to overheat, and no amount of perfect engineering can fix that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
