Úvod

Vyrábíme hromadné infračervené světla určené speciálně pro linky na foukání výrobků z PET materiálu od společnosti Sidel Matrix. Jaký je hlavní účel těchto světel? Stačí je umístit do zařízení a teplota se bude pohybovat v souladu s původními specifikacemi od Sidelu. Jedná se o jednoduchou náhradu – světla jsou navržena tak, aby teplota PET materiálu zůstala stabilní, bez nutnosti odhadování.

V linech na výrobu PET lahví je tepelný tunel tím místem, kde zajišťujeme stabilitu procesu. Preformy přicházejí s velmi přesnými specifikacemi, a proto potřebuje lisovací zařízení konstantní teplotu stěn před samotným procesem natahování. Pokud dojde k odchylkám v výstupní síle infračerveného záření nebo pokud je vzdálenost mezi lampou a preformou byť jen mírně odlišná, dojde k nerovnoměrnému natahování, slabým „krkům“ lahví nebo k krystalizaci materiálu. V takovém případě začínají problémy s provozem.

Vytvořili jsme speciální infračervený modul, který může nahradit původní zdroj tepla – má stejnou geometrii a elektrické parametry, takže ho lze nasadit bez nutnosti úprav tunelu.

What we build, technically These are short-wave infrared lamps—quartz tubes with halogen filaments, sized for standard blow molder tunnels. Typical ratings run 1000–3000 W, 230/460 V, with lengths from 300 mm to 1200 mm. You get R7s connectors, and we can do custom terminals when the machine calls for it. Fast response and a focused spectrum get preforms up to temperature quickly, and stable resistance keeps power consistent across the heating profile. Why it plays in production Tight dimensional tolerances and repeatable watt density give you uniform preform temperature, so stretch blow molding runs the cycle it was designed for. You use less energy because the emitter turns more of the input into usable heat, and longer lamp life means fewer changeovers. On Sidel, Krones, and the rest, that means fewer rejects, steady output, and maintenance windows you can actually plan around. Here is the part that matters on the line Infrared heating is finicky—reflector cleanliness and preform spacing make a real difference. Set the lamp at the correct gap to the preform path, keep reflectors free of oxidation, and double-check voltage and connector match before you swap it in. In humid or high-dust environments, protect the lamp ends and verify the cooling airflow; that’s what keeps output stable and the lamp life honest.
